We had been waiting a long time to see you in The Hague, and it was one of the best experiences I've ever had. All the musicians were skilled and totally immersed in their music. There was absolutely no pretending. Everyone was so concentrated that everything went perfectly.

The harmonies of the singer, the rhythmic patterns of the drummer, the fantastic runs and movements of the flutist and bassist, the great patterns of the santur and vibraphone player, and the wah wah riffs of the keyboardist—wow, she was truly unique.

Brilliant, and what a wonderful experience to hear you live. Not only do I think you are great musicians, but when I stepped outside at the end of the concert, I heard a bird whistling the exact same melody you had just played. I stood spellbound for several minutes, unable to believe it was a bird. You must have magical powers. Truly a religious experience on Easter Sunday.
