The third "Essener Pop & Blues Festival" again organized by Konrad Mallison, in the well known Grugahalle.

This recording was done by Roland Verheyen, the rest of it was later taped over. This festival (contrary to some sources) was also filmed, but the only existing bit i know of is a 2:54 excerpt, that was shown between the clips in an episode of the HR youth broadcast "Treffpunkt 71".
